At PDI quality is worked into everything we do by providing support to every department. We have the tools and processes in place to make superior parts for you. Our quality team works closely with sales to identify customers critical requirements for every job, and quote jobs accordingly. Our engineering team collaborates with the quality team during mold design to ensure parts meet or exceed customer requirements. PDI production team then works closely with our quality team during first piece inspections and in process inspections to ensure consistent quality throughout production runs.
Quality is the key to any good injection molder. PDI believes in making strong investments in capital equipment to maintain our high standards. We’re very proud of one of our newest pieces of equipment, our OGP Coordinate Measuring Machine, which give us the ability to perform very detailed measurements using CMM.
Constantly maintaining highest quality; We aim to keep our quality defects below the National Standard of 1.2. We are generally in the 0.5-.6 range.
PDI has been ISO 9001 registered since 1996. We’re also registered with ITAR and UL and we comply with REACH and RoHS.
